가치있게 여김, 인정하는 느낌.
Thank you 보다 격식있는 느낌, 함께 사용.

B: Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

A: You're welcome! What are friends for?

B: Let me know if there's anything you need.

 

I (don't) feel appreciated.

My boss dosen't appreciate me.

I don't feel appreciated at work.

take something for granted  무엇을 당연하게 여기다

You don't know what you have until you lose it. 무언가를 잃고나서야 소중함을 아는 상황

I feel like you don't appreciate me and take me for granted.

We didn't know how valuable you were until we lost you.

 

If someone doesn't appreciate your presence, make them realize your absence.

To me, losing someone who doesn't appreciate and respect you is actually a gain, not a loss.

No need to please somesone who doesn't appreciate you. They don't deserve you. Life is too short for all that.

The best feeling is when someone appreciates everything about you that someone else took for granted.
