A: Wow, that's the best compliment someone has ever told me.

get on the right side of someone 누군가에게 호의의 대상이 되다

give someone a pat on the back (어깨를 두드리며) 칭찬해주다

take one's hat off to someone 누구에게 잘했다고 인정하며 칭찬하다
